Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions and other recurring purchases on lavitagolf.com, including La Vita Insiders Club memberships (monthly and annual).

How to cancel
You can cancel at any time. Log in to your account at lavitagolf.com, open Manage Subscriptions, and select Cancel. You can also email us at support@lavitagolf.com with the email address on your account and we'll cancel it for you.

When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops all future charges. Your membership benefits, including member pricing, free shipping and early access, stay active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Refunds
We don't issue refunds or partial refunds for a billing period that has already started. Orders placed with member pricing before cancellation are not affected.

Annual memberships
Annual memberships renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. The $50 yearly store credit is issued only to active annual members, starting in year 2, and any unused credit ends when the membership ends.

Pausing or changing your plan
To switch between monthly and annual, or to update your payment method, visit Manage Subscriptions in your account or contact us at support@lavitagolf.com.
